❓ Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to help us scale our product and make global logistics fully autonomous.

As a DNA hire, you are defined more by mindset than by title. You bring founder-level drive, adaptability, and ownership, and you are excited to build in a fast-paced environment. You’re eyes should light up if you read this sentence.

You will own key parts of the product full-stack, building reliable technology that users love and that makes them radically more efficient.

• Own the Core: Personally design, build, and maintain the most critical parts of our product, transforming complex technical challenges into elegant and clean architecture.
• Optimize the AI Engine: Rigorously evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune our AI capabilities, ensuring our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy and receive spot on context.
• Drive frontier experimentation. Stay on top of the latest model releases, frameworks, and agentic techniques, continuously test promising approaches in production environments, and ship it on the same day.
